PicturePierrette went Ziplining for her 70th birthday this year. May 2017
Starting in January 2016, Pierrette wanted to lose weight, get healthier, and learn to sustain a health lifestyle. By training twice a week, attending Stretch and Strength classes and changing her eating habits, Pierrette accomplished all and became much stronger. Her left shoulder and elbow, which she had injured many years ago, now has a greater range of motion and is much stronger now!

It's never to late to start.  Pierrette is ready for spring training for all her up coming events...  MS 5k Walk, Toronto Zoo 5k and in May Pierrette is doing her first 10k race ever!! So proud of you at 70 years young.

I am looking to help families become healthier.  Working with the family as a unit or individually.  Learning good eating habits, and incorporating healthy activity into their lives. Accomplishing this in a way that will become a habit and be sustainable for the rest of their lives.   

You may not want to exercise, but are looking to become healthier. You may want to lose weight, or just ready for a change and not sure where to start, I can help.  Need a little or a lot of motivation, I can help.

Learn good nutrition.  Starting at home to the grocery store. Reading labels and learn some easy tips to change your life.
